Hotel details

2 conference rooms are at your disposal, whether for a half day or the entire day. Reception is open from 6:30am to 9:30pm during the week. During the weekends and bank holidays, it is open from 07.30am to 9:30pm from June 1st to September 30th. This other part of the year, the hotel is opened from 6:30am to noon and 5:00pm to 9:30pm.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant Le Clos Rivallon is open during the week from 19:00 to 21:00 and closed at Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays. For groups or seminars, please contact the hotel directly.

The reception is opened: from Monday to Friday: 6:30 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 22:00 Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays: 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 21:00.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.45 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 5.80 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
