Hotel details

Apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, towels are changed 3 times, and linen once.

A damage deposit of EUR 50 per apartment is payable at check-in. This deposit will be returned at check-out provided the apartment is left in a satisfactory condition.

Internet

Wired internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 0.80 per hour. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.50 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 2.75 per child under 12 years.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years.  Half board costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Half board costs EUR 6.50 per child under 12 years.  Half board is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
