The all-inclusive plan includes 3 daily meals, unlimited alcoholic beverages, use of tennis facilities, non-motorized water sports, nightly entertainment, daily activity programs, taxes and service charges.

There are a large variety of dining options available on-site. Guests can enjoy international buffets, classic Mexican fare, Mediterranean cuisine and Italian dishes.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 5.00 per 30 minutes.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  2 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included. 

Meal Plan

Meals and selected beverages is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  Up to two further children under 12 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged 42.5 % of the room stay per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
