The two and three bedroom condos are perfect for couples, groups and families to share and each have their own bathroom. Enter The Gym at Porto Playa Condo Hotel. We get back to basics of the neighborhood gym, With everything from state-of-the-art equipment to our unique classes (Yoga, Pilates, Spinning, etc.). We will motivate and inspire you to achieve all that you want.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. Payment Information: The hotel will hold a Condo Hotel Rental reservation without a deposit for 72 hours. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. -The total Condo Hotel rental price will be forfeited for any cancellations received after the 30th day prior to the beginning to the rental period.The Hotel will make every attempt to rent the unit if you must cancel between the 59th day and your arrival date. If the Hotel is successful they will refund 50 percent of the hotel rental price and apply it towards a credit for another hotel rental period.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs USD 10.00 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 59-30 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.  The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 60 days prior to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

12 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 11 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
