Rooms

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. Towels are changed daily and bed linen is changed 2 or 3 times a week.

Hotel details

There is an outdoor pool for adults and one for children (both heated and freshwater), a large garden and playground, sun-loungers, parasols, a brand new spa (supplement payable) with plunge pools, treatments, beautician and hairdresser, two floodlit tennis courts (with charge), volleyball, free five-a-side football court and table tennis (with charge). There is also a mini-club for the children from 4 till 12 years. A full evening entertainment programme is provided. Themed evenings such as Canarian, Italian, Mexican or Spanish evenings take place each week. The hotel also has bar with live evening entertainment. The hotel offers internet access, multilingual staff, air conditioning in communal areas, doctor upon request and 3 air conditioned conference rooms (audiovisual installations can be provided on request). Major credit cards accepted.

Food & Beverages

The hotel’s El Drago Restaurant is a modern venue serving international cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also arrange for picnic lunches to take away, as well as children’s and vegetarians’ options. The restaurant also hosts regular Canarian, Italian and barbecue evenings. El Bohio Bar lies next to the swimming pool and serves drinks, snacks and ice creams. There is also a lounge bar open until late.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 3.00 per 30 minutes.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
