Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Half board costs EUR 21.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. One child from 2 to 12 years is charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
