Food & Beverages

Complement your holiday with a fantastic, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant’s opening hours are as follows: Breakfast: 08:00 - 10:00 Lunch: 13:00 - 15:00 Dinner: 20:00 - 22:00

Please note that a mandatory fee for the gala dinners held on 25 and 31 December are included in all rates for stays over those nights. If your booking is for more than 2 people sharing a double room, please indicate number of guests in the Comments box of the booking confirmation, please also specify whether they are adults or children. Additional guests will be required to pay a supplement.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.  Internet via TV is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 3.00 per night and person for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 75 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
