Cancellation policy

High Season : from 15/7 to 31/8 In case of cancellation with 5 to 15 days advance notice we charge 3 nights penalty per person. In case of cancellation from 5 days of advance to the day of arrival (no show) we charge 5 nights penalty per person. Rest of season: In case of cancellation with 1 to 10 days advance notice we charge the first night penalty per person. In case of no show we charge 3 nights penalty per person. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Hotel details

The hotel includes a restaurant with a buffet service and cooking showcase of Italian dishes prepared daily. There is also a snack bar by the pool. The reception at the Playa Grande hotel has an Internet point with charge. There is also a terrace with green areas. Inside the complex there is a big pool, polyvalent area (for tennis, basketball, volleyball and football), table tennis, and billiards for an extra charge. At the pool, sun-beds and umbrellas free of charge. Please note the hotel only accepts payment with credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus)
