The residence is spread over 9 floors served by 16 lifts. Guests have free access to the heated outdoor swimming pool. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service until 18:00. Flat-screen TV, made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service are included in these short stay rates. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
