The apartments (one, two and three bedrooms)are available for nightly or weekly rental. For the convenience of guests, air-conditioning, satelite TV, telephone and Internet are available in all apartments as well as hair dryer, shower and/or bathtub in all bathrooms. Although equipped with necessary modern amenities the palazzo provides a refined and charming atmosphere which guarantees to offer it’s guest a taste of “la dolce vita” which has made the region of Tuscany infamous worldwide.

The Artemura Residence is in the heart of the city of Pistoia, a few steps away from the Longobard Piazza della Sale, today home of the most colourful fruit and flower markets and the impressive Piazza del Duomo, where it is possible to admire buildings which symbolize civil and religious power in the city: the 13th century Palazzo Comunale, Palazzo Pretorio, the Romanic cathedral with its silver alter dedicated to the patron saint of the city, St. Jacopo, the baptistery and the ancient Palazzo dei Vescovi, today home of the Museo Capitolare and Museo Archeologico.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
