The children’s club runs 6 days a week and caters for for kids aged 4 to 12 years. It provides supervised activities such as face painting and pirate adventures. In the evenings, the varied programme entertains guests of all ages with live music, cabaret shows and flamenco dancing. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus connecting the hotels with its sister properties along the coast, where you enjoy free use of all of the facilities. The bus runs 3 times a day between the properties, along the coast from Calella to Lloret de Mar, with activities offered ranging from archery and rifle shooting, to water polo and scuba diving. The health club at the H Top Royal Star features a gym, heated indoor pool, hot tub, plunge pool, sauna and Turkish baths.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
