Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 6.00 per night and person for cots.  One child from 4 to 10 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 11 to 16 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
