The careful process was done with recovery materials, highly regarded, as it was handed down over the centuries, such as grey stone and brickwork floors, robust oak and chestnut wood beams. Renovation and refurbishment have redefined the spaces by respecting the original architecture. Wide, valued throughout, stylish and comfortable, all the rooms and suites are exclusively furnished with late 19th century or early 20th century furniture, offering the comfort and the facilities of an up-to-date hotel, with an extra touch of charm and privacy.

Wide, stylish and comfortable, all the rooms and suites are exclusively furnished with end-19th century or early 20th century furniture, offer the comfort and the facilities of an up-to-date hotel, with added plenty of charm and privacy. The care for all the details has extended up to selecting first quality beddings and heavenly smooth bath sponges. Some in-room facilities offered are TV set telephone, air drier and locker for valuables. Three types of accommodation are offered: Double rooms with French beds, warm wooden floor and amazing view; Suites, with their unique atmosphere, they are all panoramic and with private balconies; Apartments with more room available, lounge with fully equipped cooking top.

Area information Pietralunga town, which is situated in a controlling position in the Carpinella valley, was the seat of a Roman settlement because of its strategic placement. Its present aspect, surrounded by town walls and with its well-preserved strong-hold, is however, the result of urban development during the Middle Ages. The town's most important building is without doubt the Parrochial church which was subjected to modification during the course of the last century and therefore has its new entrance in the apsis region. Near the town's center, where, according to history, St. Crescenziano was killed, the church of Pieve de' Saddi is situated which in its interior contains frescoes dating back to the 15th century and a crypt which was restored during the 16th century. Travel information By Car: Coming from Rome: A1 motorway up to Orte junction, then continue via E45 highway direction Cesena , leaving E45 at Montone-Pietralunga junction. Coming from Bologna-Florence: A1 motorway up to Arezzo junction, then continue via E45 highway direction Città di Castello, carry on E45 direction Perugia , leave E45 at Montone-Pietralunga junction. By Train: Linea FF.SS. from Rome to Terni, Perugia S.Anna or Perugia Ponte S.Giovanni, then by Ferrovia Centrale Umbra up to Umbertide. Continue with local buses to Pietralunga. Nearest railways: Fossato di Vico (Gubbio), Ponte San Giovanni (Perugia) Nearest Airports: PEG Perugia Sant'Egidio, FRL Forlì
