Twinpalms offers the comfort of a five-star boutique hotel with the relaxing tranquility of a secluded getaway resort. There are only 76 luxurious and spacious bedrooms & suites surrounded by palms, all with a private terrace and lagoon view. Whichever room or suite is chosen, guests will enjoy fantastic service from our friendly, professional staff and the same high standard of luxury and technology: All rooms have a nice view, rainshower, nice fabrics and furniture, comfortable large beds, indivually controlled airconditioning, computerised lights controlsystem, direct dial telephone, high speed Internet, CD and DVD player, TV (International news, sports and music TV channels), minibar, hairdryers, tea & coffee maker, room safe, and 24 hours room service. All room prices are per room per night, subject to applicable government taxes and service charge (18.7%), roon only. Peak season from 20 December 2006 - 10 January 2007, A minimum stay of 6 nights is required with Full prepayment upon confirmation of booking

Cancellation policy

Period: 1 Now - December 19, 06: A one night penalty will be charged for cancellation within 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or no-show. Period: 2 December 20, 06 - January 10, 07: A full stay will be charged for cancellation within 30 days of scheduled arrival date or no-show. Period: 3 January 11, 06 - March 31, 07: 50% of full stay will be charged for cancellation within 7 days of scheduled arrival date or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Child policy

A maximum of 2 children under 12 years of age may share parent's room free of charge (room only) if no extra bed is required. Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
