How to check/out: the client can reserve and pay by cash during the opening hours (6.30 to 11 am and 5 to 9 pm during weekdays and 7 to 11 am and 5 to 9 pm during the weekend and holidays) outside those hours the guest can use the automatic credit card payment system which will enable him to obtain the magnetic key card to gain access to his room.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. 

Groups

When booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
