Travel information

From Florence: - Exit at Valdichiana toll-gate (highway A-1 Firenze-Roma) then proceed on the connecting road E- 45 towards Perugia. - Exit at Ferro di Cavallo and follow the directions for Ellera (turn left at the traffic-lights) and continue for 2 Km. -When you reach the Kiss Kiss Bar take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo. From Rome: - Exit at Orte toll-gate (highway A-1 Roma-Firenze) then proceed on the connecting road E- 45 towards Perugia. -Exit at Olmo-Ellera. Take the next right and after 500 metres you will see the Kiss Kiss Bar on your left. -Take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo. From Cesena: -Follow in the direction of Perugia and then proceed on to the connecting road E-45. -Exit at Olmo-Ellera. Turn right and after 800 metres, at the Kiss Kiss Bar on your left, take the next left and follow in the direction of Relais dell’Olmo.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.  All children under 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
