Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs AUD 25.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs AUD 20.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged AUD 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
