By Car: From the motorway A9 : exit 42 Perpignan Sud, after follow to Argelès. On round about Renault, follow the Boulou by RN9, exit Villeneuve de la Raho after Auchan. From Perpignan-center/Canet-Plage : follow to Barcelone/Gérone after the Boulou by RN9, exit Villeneuve de la Raho after Auchan. From Collioure/Argelès/St-Cyprien : follow to Perpignan, after Porte d'Espagne, the Boulou by RN9, exit Villeneuve de la Raho after Auchan. From Andorre : Follow to Argelès after the Boulou by RN9, exit Villeneuve de la Raho after Auchan. From Port-Leucate/Port-Barcarès : to Perpignan-center, after Barcelone/Gérone, the Boulou by RN9, exit Villeneuve de la Raho after Auchan. From Boulou : to Perpignan, exit Cimetière du Sud, on stop turn on the left. Keep park all the year. Le Perthus at 25 km - La Jonquera at 30 km.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.33 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 4.80 per person.  Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
