For late check-in (after 22:00 hrs): -Please indicate your estimated time of arrival on the comments window during your reservation. -Make up a 4 digit code for yourself (any 4 random numbers) and indicate it on comments window as well. You can check yourself in on the check-in automatic machine, using this 4 digit code.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 0.84 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
