Address 84703 Perissa		Travel information In Santorini you can come on a boat from Piraeus or on a plane from Athens International Airport. You can take a boat ride for 7 hours on bluestar ferries, or 4 hours on a high speed boat. On a plane you will reach the island only in 40 minutes.
Area information Perissa is situated on the south part of the island. There are archaeological sites in Perissa you can visit. There is frequent connection with Fira on the local bus every 15 minutes. Only a 5-minute walk from the beach, and a 3-minute walk from the village centre, the complex is positioned in a quiet area of the village. In Perissa you can find gift shops, restaurants, beach bars, moped and car rentals, horseback riding, water sports, diving centre and much more.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 0.5 % city/tourist tax per person per night is included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
