Sunrise Sunset: Located in the Main Lobby, this delightful 24-hour restaurant overlooking the ocean offers specialities from all continents. A delicious buffet breakfast is served here every morning Bali-Hai Chinese & Seafood Restaurant: Enjoy fine Chinese cuisine while enjoying breathtaking view of Pattaya Bay. Bali-Hai Seafood BBQ Terrace: In this restaurant, you can enjoy freshly grilled seafood and succulent meats, a variety of Asian delights, salads and international main courses. Served here are also delicious desserts, exotic cocktails or ice-cold beers. There is live music and a special show every night. The resort also features four bars serving light snacks and drinks in relaxing surroundings like an indoor garden or by the pool. One of the bars even offers live entertainment six evenings a week.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

7 % VAT is included.  10 % service charge per room per night is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate.  Breakfast costs THB 325.00 per child under 11 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 3 to 11 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged THB 1360.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
