At the typical French brasserie restaurant you can absorb the spirit of St Germain des Prés in the Thirties. The restaurant is decorated with Belle Epoque mosaics and has a stained glass cupola. It offers traditional, seasonal French cuisine. The bar has a library-club ambiance and piano bar, and is open until 01.00. Le Montgolfier panoramic restaurant, ideal for an early morning meeting, business lunch and memorable evening has become a favourite venue for Sunday brunch. Moreover, room service is available 24 hours a day.

Please note that children (12 and under) may not use the pool. Board shorts are not allowed in the swimming pool, only boxers or briefs swimwear. The fitness centre and swimming pool are closed on bank holidays. The swimming pool will also be closed from 3 November to 16 November 2008.
