Hotel details

Apartment rates include accommodation, ready beds, bathroom linen, cleaning (except kitchen area and washing up) and change of the linen every 7th day, end-of-stay cleaning and TV with international channels. In addition to all these services, daily cleaning is included in the room rate for short stays (less than 4 nights). À la carte cleaning service is available at an additional charge.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person older than 2 years per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 14.00 per person. Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per child under 12 years. Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 3 years.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot. Extra beds are not available. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
