Rooms

The hotel has 60 rooms (2 are equipped with facilities for disabled and 1 Junior Suite) equipped to satisfy the needs of all our clients. They offer LCD television, minibar, telephone, bathroom kit, background music, air conditioning, a range of pillows (firm, soft, dubet…).

As well as many services provided by the hotel, it also offers a fully equipped gym. All halls can accommodate any event you wish to celebrate.

Food & Beverages

On the ground floor, over 250 m2 have been allocated to the restaurant and cafeteria. Independently, there is also an area where our clients can enjoy a more intimate meal with a fine choice from our menu.

Special San Fermine Policies: For reservations between 4 and 14 July, the hotel will charge a non-refundable one night deposit at the time of booking. For the dates 6 and 7 July the whole stay (non-refundable) will be charged at the time of booking.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 10.00 per hour. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.24 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 36.38 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
