In the centre of Pamplona, the hotel boasts superb views of this beautiful historic city. In the 1940s, the hotel passed to its original founders, the Alemán family. In 1997, the hotel was completely refurbished. The rooms, cafeteria and restaurant were all extensively renovated and now offer unique views of the city. On the top floor, the new, large, comfortable conference rooms can host meetings, conventions, congresses or any type of event (public or private). Disabled access facilities to the hotel. Free Sauna access during all the day.

Food & Beverages

The restaurant, located on the sixth floor is a privileged place where you can enjoy exquisite meals and excellent city views. The cafeteria is the perfect location to have a coffee or “pinchos” and a good wine from Navarra while enjoying a quiet chat.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs EUR 12.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 11.23 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
