Every detail of the rooms has been carefully designed to promote rest and relaxation - from the four pillows on the bed to the special reading lamps on the bed head. This attention to detail extends to the rooms’ many amenities and comforts, which include a complimentary minibar, individual climate controls and room service. Everything has been carefully considered to ensure that your room is always as you want it. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available.

At the Wi-Fi ADSL Zone in the hotel you can work and connect to Internet wire-free, using the Pre-payment Cards for periods for 1h or 24h, available at reception. The AC Lounge is a new concept that aims to allow guests to work, relax, have a drink, read the paper or a book, watch TV or simply feel at home, 24 hours a day. In the AC fitness centre, you will find all the equipment and space you need to keep in shape. The hotel has areas reserved for private and company meetings, top-level conventions, and training courses. Spacious lounges, magnificent tables, swivel and reclining chairs, as well as all the latest technology, make AC Forum the ideal business centre.

Food & Beverages

The sophisticated style of the restaurant reflects its serious approach to food. The cuisine puts its own individual spin on the gastronomic traditions of Navarra and the result is an exciting, spectacular menu based on fresh, seasonal produce. The food is complemented by a carefully chosen wine list with many outstanding wines from the Guaranteed Origin regions. The rich buffet breakfast is designed to cater for all dietary requirements and all tastes. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 during the week and from 08:00 until 12:00 at weekends. Lunch is available from 13:00 to 15:30. Dinner is served from 21:00 to 23:30.

Disabled Facilities: Unfortunately, the hotel is not accessible for wheelchair users.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.50 per hour.

Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
