All the rooms have a shower and are equipped with common facilities. Some rooms have a balcony whilst others have big and ample windows, overlooking the tranquil area of the hotel.

Hotel details

The hotel is situated inside Palazzo Balsamo, an aristocratic building from the VII century, in the historic centre, with the railway station 100 metres further (5 minutes on foot). We are on the 2nd floor (no lift available) and all of the 20 rooms have original furniture from the early nineteen hundreds. The staff speaks English, French, German and a bit of Spanish.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast will be served in the cafeteria in front of the hotel. This choice has been made to free up guests to enjoy breakfast when they choose in the morning.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.  If modified later, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
