The hotel has 87 rooms: 25 single rooms, 56 double rooms, 1 superior room, 1 suite and 4 rooms suitable for disabled guests, fully accessible to wheelchair users. 2 of the hotel’s rooms have a balcony, 8 rooms have a bath tub and 79 rooms have a shower, the superior room has a Jacuzzi tub.

The hotel is located in the centre of Palermo and is the ideal accommodation to visit the city. It was completely renovated in 2001 and, thanks to the elegant, minimalist style and its meeting room, the hotel is suited to both business and leisure clients.

The air conditioned restaurant in the Cristal Palace Hotel offers you a wide selection of traditional Sicilian and Italian dishes. The buffet breakfast includes: croissant, plum cake, biscuits, crackers, butter, different kinds of jam, rusks, fresh bread, pies, yoghurt, fruits in syrup, ham, cold meats, cheese, cereals, boiled eggs, chocolate, American coffee and espresso, fruit juice, milk, tea.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 8.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
