All our rooms have useful features, with bed linen and towels provided. As health care professionals, we take pride in providing a relaxing atmosphere and clean rooms. Each room has been designed and decorated with the guest in mind. Highchairs and ironing facilities are provided on request. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer.

Hotel details

We cater for families, couples and singles wanting a break in the country, from one night stays and weekend breaks to longer stays. We are open all year. We welcome contractors and business travellers. Wedding parties, hen or stag parties will need to be booked in advance. We can provide flowers and chocolates or champagne / wine and chocolates, delivered to your room or on arrival (at an additional cost).

Food & Beverages

All local produce is used for breakfast. We believe in the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you can be sure that we will not be frugal on quantity or quality. You can select coffee or tea, brown or white toast, a full English breakfast or a variation, and help yourself to cereals, juices, yoghurt and fruit. Breakfast is served daily, in the dining room. If you have any food allergies or special dietary needs please inform the house when booking. There is a choice of restaurants, pubs and takeaways close by. Many couples celebrating a special occasion choose to have a chilled bottle of champagne, chocolates or flowers waiting in their room on check-in. Please contact the guest house with your requirements.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 10 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
