All bedrooms have en suite facilities and each is equipped with many useful facilities including a tea and coffee hospitality tray and a hairdryer. Please see individual room details for a complete list of facilities on offer. Irons and ironing boards are available on request. Extra beds are subject to availability and only on request.

The hotel offers Wi-Fi internet access which is available on your Wi-Fi enabled laptop in all public areas, meeting rooms and bedrooms.

Food & Beverages

The bright and airy conservatory is home to Willows Restaurant, where you can enjoy a tasty meal. The informal brasserie-style restaurant serves mainly traditional British dishes with a Continental flair. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. Dinner is available Sunday to Thursday and is served from 19:00 to 20:30.

Payment on check-out is only possible if you have a credit card for pre-authorisation at check-in. If you do not have a credit card, you must pay by cash at check-in, plus a refundable deposit.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 7.00 per 24 hours.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
