The outdoor swimming pools are open during the summer.

When booking 2-Room Apartments, please note: - a final cleaning cost of EUR 50 is mandatory for 3-4 night stays and EUR 84 for 5-night stays (payable on arrival). - A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival and given back at departure after checking the apartment.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and charges are applicable.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years is charged EUR 15.00 per night and person in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 40.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
