In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with hot plates, a vacuum cleaner and a television (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Most of them have balconies. Cost includes: • Accommodation. • Sheets. • 1 pillowcase per person. • 2 dishcloths per apartment.

The residence is made up of 7 buildings. Guests can choose the "Comfort +" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes: Beds made up for arrival. Two sets of bathroom linen per person left in the apartment. End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and washing-up). Cleaning kit. Television. Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with: Folding baby cot with 1 sheet. Highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 20 December 2008 to 25 April 2009 the reception is open Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00, Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 00:00, Saturday around the clock and Sunday from 00:00 to 13:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. From 04 July to 29 August 2009 the reception is open Monday through Thursday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 21:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 and 17:00 to 20:00.

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 46.00 per week.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.09 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
