Hotel details

Restaurant with terrace - Werzer´s a la carte Restaurant with lake view. The hotel also offers meeting rooms that are fully equipped. The wellness area is 1500 square meters in size and includes a fitness area, swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room. Massages and Beauty therapy are also available. A children's play area is available in July and August.

Food & Beverages

The breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 till 10:30. Half-board is available from 19:00 till 21:00. The restaurant is open from 12:00 to 22:00.

The hotel does not have any disabled facilities.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.95 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 7 to 9 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 10 to 14 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 4 years are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
