The Randolph is the ideal location to hold events, meetings and celebrations for 2 to 400 people. Experienced event co-ordinators can adapt to your every need.

Internet Access: Wireless coverage provided by T-Mobile is available throughout the original part of the hotel, including all ground-floor public areas. Online passes can be purchased via the T-Mobile website. Free broadband internet access is available in bedrooms in the new wing.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs GBP 25.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 17.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years is charged GBP 15.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
