The AC Lounge is a new concept that aims to allow guests to work, relax, have a drink, read the paper or a book, watch TV or simply feel at home, 24 hours a day. In the AC fitness centre, you will find all the equipment and space you need to keep in shape. The hotel has areas reserved for private and company meetings, top-level conventions, and training courses. Spacious lounges, magnificent tables, swivel and reclining chairs, as well as all the latest technology, make AC Forum the ideal business centre.

Food & Beverages

The La Sosiega restaurant combines the smell of freshly mown grass from Oviedo's Monte Naranco mountain range with elegant decoration and a minimalist style. Its cuisine melds the flavours of traditional Asturian gastronomy with modern contributions from young but acclaimed chefs. The colours of the carefully thought out decoration and the avant-garde atmosphere make this restaurant, which is open to the public throughout the year, a gastronomic reference point. Good service and high-quality food at good prices make the restaurant the perfect place to enjoy a meal. The rich buffet breakfast is designed to cater for all dietary requirements and all tastes. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 11:00 during the week and from 08:00 until 12:00 at weekends. The restaurant serves lunch (13:30-15:30) and dinner (20:00-23:30) daily, except Mondays.

Payment Information: Guests need to produce ID on arrival. Payment is due at check out. Deposits are not necessary, except for special events, when the hotel will inform the guest directly. Disabled Facilities: The entire hotel is accessible for disabled guests and all of the public areas are accessible for wheelchair users. There are several rooms available that are suitable for disabled guests with specially adapted bathrooms. These rooms are subject to availability and should be reserved directly with the hotel.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 6.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on streets nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 9.63 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 44.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
