Reservations where 6 or more rooms under the same name for the same arrival date will be classed as a Group Booking and may require a deposit or full pre-payment before the date of arrival. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available on request.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 5.00 per hour.  Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs GBP 10.00 per 24 hours.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children from 0 to 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
