The 24-hour reception desk is available to satisfy your every requirement during your stay, including the organisation of excursions, restaurant reservations and taxis. There is also a small area equipped with games for children.

Food & Beverages

A buffet breakfast is served daily until 12:00, either in the breakfast room or garden. Choose from fresh croissants and bread, home-made cakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juices, cereals, marmalades, ham and cheese. Combined with freshly-made espresso and cappuccino, this makes breakfast a special occasion. The piano bar is a great place to spend your evening whilst dancing, listening to the live music and tasting one of the many cocktails mixed by the barman. Near the masseria there is a choice of restaurants which can be used daily for half/full board: Restaurant Refrigerio: Surrounded by a garden, this was once an olive mill. You can still admire the old farming utensils as you enjoy good home-cooked food. Restaurant La Sparacima: Situated in the historical centre of Ostuni (and reachable by the twice weekly free shuttle from the masseria), this characteristic place is in converted stables dating back to 1600. The owners Antonio and Patrizia offer traditional dishes with a creative touch, and the menu changes every week to offer fresh products such as local cheeses, fresh pasta, home-made cakes and wines from Apulia. Restaurant Pizzeria Lido Bizzarro: Set next to the sea, here you can enjoy seafood, typical Apulian dishes and pizza in a family-friendly environment.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
