Address Boddenweg 2 18374 Ostseebad Zingst		Travel information Coming from Berlin take the motorway A19 and exit at Rostock-Ost following the federal road no. 105. Coming from Hamburg take the motorway no. 20 and exit at Rostock. Further on the motorway 19 towards Rostock-Ost. In Altheide turn left and follow direction Ahrenshoop and Prerow towards Zingst.
Area information Discover one of the most beautiful nature preservation areas in Germany! Here, at the coast of the Baltic Sea you will find relaxation at its best. The hotel is only 900 m away from the sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea, only 200 m from the river banks of the "Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft", and only 900 m from the town centre with its many restaurants and boutiques. In direct proximity there are many hiking and cycling trails alongside the coast.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children from 5 to 11 years are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 44.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
