Our extensive spa area, “Active-Spa”, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. We have an inside pool, a Finnish sauna, a meditation sauna with ethereal oils, a steam bath, a “Relaxarium”, an “Experience Shower” and a solarium as well as a massage and beauty oasis. We run workout classes such as spinning, fun sports activities, aqua fitness and Nordic walking and also have a personal trainer to help you with your own exercise programme and give nutrition advice.

Food & Beverages

Let our chef Alexander Wegner and his team spoil you with Mediterranean specialities in our restaurant Olivio. Experience the Southern joie-de-vivre with our open show-kitchen. As well as the extensive á la carte menu we can also recommend our special “Schlemmer” menu as well as the chef’s seasonal specialities. At restaurant Baltico the day begins at 07:00 with a rich and varied sparkling wine breakfast buffet. In case you want to get up later this buffet is available until 12:00. The lobby bar is a great place to relax after an eventful day and enjoy classic cocktails and regional delicacies.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 7 to 11 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 12 to 16 years are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
