All rooms are equipped with a balcony or terrace, allowing magnificent views of the adjacent reed and heath landscape, the nearby sailing port and the "Greifswalder Bodden”, widening into the Baltic Sea. The hotel "Solthus am See" consists of 39 rooms and suites, a restaurant furnished in an extraordinary Scandinavian style, a wood-panelled library with fireplace and a wellness area that will hardly leave a wish unfulfilled. This is recreation in the best sense of the word! Our wellness area spreads over more than 200 sq.m. Please ask for detailed information on our wide range of massage treatments and combinations with mud therapies and vitalizing baths. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, tecaldarium, ice shower and tanning bank add up to an extraordinary experience of relaxation. And a treatment in our beauty parlour will be the finishing touch to the purpose of forgetting your everyday troubles.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 2.30 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Dinner costs EUR 28.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 33.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
