74 apartments, 2- and 3-rooms with double bedded sleeping room, 2nd slepping room with 2 or 3 beds and living room with 2 pull out beds. All are equipped with standard facilities including a dining area. The Feng-Shui double rooms are also equipped with standard facilities and most have a balcony. All 32 are non smoking rooms.

Our leisure time attendant organises diverse holiday programmes for children, teenagers and adults. In the Mini club, children meet to play, do crafts and have fun. For spontaneous vacation days, choose one of our roomy and functionally furnished apartments. There is a small shop in the hotel for all daily necessary desires. Also there is an internet station available. One parking lot is available per room and apartment free of charge.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy your meal in our à la carte restaurant or serve your self from a buffet. Half board is also served in the restaurant (buffet breakfast, coffee & cake in the afternoon and a set meal for dinner). Enjoy the evening at bar "Rappitschmühle" or at the bowling area.

Internet via modem is available in public areas and costs EUR 6.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 11.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 15 years.  Breakfast is free of charge for children up to 6 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged EUR 24.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 34.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
