The warm and friendly character of our lobby mirrors the spacious composition of the rooms. Especially the room on the upper floor provide a picturesque view of the historic old town! In addition to the listed amenities the rooms are equipped with cordless telephone and en-suite bath rooms with shower and/or bath. Let's get spoiled in our wellness area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, massage showers, recreation zone and solarium (for a fee).

Treat yourself in one of our restaurants where we serve a creative mix - you will find classic dishes, seasonal specialties, wellness cuisine, tapas and gourmet menus - something for every taste. The wine bar Enoteca offers your favourite wines - why not buy a nicely wrapped present? The wine seminars and tapas evenings are our special highlights. The Haarlem bar is the meeting point for night owls - finish the day with cocktails, digestifs or cigars.

VDR-Certified Hotel: VDR - The Business Travel Association of Germany - with its more than 440 member companies represents an annual business trip volume of roughly nine billion Euro. In order to offer the travellers of its member companies planning certainty in selecting their hotels, VDR has developed a hotel certification system that vets hotels according to their suitability for business travellers on the basis of more than 50 criteria. Hotels that meet these criteria get the certificate "VDR-Certified Hotel".

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 5.00 per 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 16:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is free of charge for children up to 5 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per child under 11 years.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 16.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 25.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children from 2 to 11 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
