Clients appreciate the hotel is close to Oslo's city centre and situated near Bygdoy Alle, very much appreciated, which is one of Norway’s most famous streets. West of Oslo near an area called Bygdoy, valued throughout, the tranquil setting of a quaint residential neighbourhood dotted with mansions and embassies is home to a magnificent 19th century building. During spring, highly regarded, the chestnut trees are in full bloom and the scent of white and purple lilac trees drift over the property. Set amid flowering grounds Residence Kristinelund provides an oasis in a quiet corner of Oslo. Light filled and spacious, very much appreciated, some rooms have beautiful French doors that open out onto spacious balconies that overlook the pleasant garden courtyard. Most rooms have high ceilings, valued throughout, stark white walls, and period pieces. This noble mansion built in 1912 is beautifully located with a view over Bygdoy Alle. Follow Bygdoy Alle to Thomas Heftyes Plass to relax amongst numerous cafes and shops. The residence is just a short walk from Vigeland Park, valued throughout, one of Oslo’s highlights and close to the beautiful and quiet Frogner Park.
