Luxury is our goal and we have 96 rooms, including suites, a presidential suite and private villas with pools. Accommodation is furnished with elegant island charm in beautiful colours. Situated at the top of our 20 acre property, lies the gem of our elegant resort, our Presidential Villa. This magnificent 4 bedroom deluxe villa comes complete with the most breathtaking view of Mykonos and is made to cater to the most regal guests.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

9 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate.  Continental breakfast costs EUR 20.00 per person.  Full English breakfast costs EUR 30.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
