With the desire not to create another standardized hotel, we decided to construct and design all of our Rooms and Suites in a completely different way. Inspired by the blue colors of the Aegean Sea and Sky, and the white Cycladic architecture, each room or suite seamlessly blends unique antiques with contemporary works of art.

Food & Beverages

Two restaurants, the gourmet La Meduse and the traditional Le Pirate” with the Mediterranean Art cuisine, boast outstanding gastronomic tastes. “La Meduse” gives you a special glamour feeling of luxury and simplicity in combination with the magnificent view of the beautiful Ornos Bay, dinning between mirrors from Florence, marble tables and old French crystal. Taste an international gourmet cuisine and special dishes of the day as well as South Italian seafood from he “Mare” menu. At the “Le Pirate” restaurant you can lunch by the pool, between the pool and the Aegean Sea with light snacks, Greek, Mykonian and international specialties

Invite your friends for a private cocktail (capacity up to 60 people) or dinner (2-20 people) with special service at the atmospheric “Noe Lx”. You can choose between 2-3 proposals of the chef prepared especially for you and enjoyed in the exclusively – lightened by candles – space. The music is of your preference and also a butler is there to assist you with anything. Relax at the beautiful sea water swimming pool around the circular bar “Café del Mar” which is placed into the pool and at the same time relax with the music’s rhythm. The Kivotos hotel also disposes of the K-Main Bar and the Cigar & Caviar Bar. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 7 days to arrival and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children up to 1 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children up to 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
