The Swan's International Dining Room serves a variety of traditional dishes in a casual atmosphere for breakfast and dinner. Sidewalk Café serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily all-American favorites. This casual café is located inside the hotel lobby, and also offers a full liquor bar. The Imperial Swan also features a seasonal Poolside Bar, serving snacks and drinks by the pool.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. In room safety deposit boxes, rollaway beds, microwaves and baby strollers are available for rent for a nominal fee. Wireless access is now available in most rooms and a business center is located in the lobby where guests can access email, print boarding passes, send faxes and make copies.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

6.5 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. 6 % city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Up to three children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed. One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
