Week rental from Saturday to Saturday The brand new Le Pra Palier apartment complex, very much appreciated, located right in the centre of the resort, provides easy access to the ski slopes and resort services. The Residence is 32 km from Gap, valued throughout, the Orcières-Merlette ski resort, nestled at the foot of the Ecrins mountain range. The apartments are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The resort offers 86 apartments for 2 to 8 people including facilities such as: fridge, and above all, electric hob, dishwasher, small oven, bathroom or shower room.

Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be refunded on departure only if: - the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged; - you have done the cleaning at the end of your stay. ADDITIONNAL SERVICES : Formule Mona Lisa Confort : bed linen and television : 60 € per apartment per week - Formule Mona Lisa Zen : formule Mona Lisa confort + cleaning of apartment at the end of the week (except kitchen corner) : 110 € per apartment per week - Formule Relax : formule Mona Lisa Zen + beds made at arrival, cleaning of apartment in the middle of the week (except kitchen corner), cleaning kit and bath linen and towels : 150 € per apartment per week. Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (possibly exceptions).

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, 10 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 70 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 10.00 per person.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 25.00 per stay for cots. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
