Rooms

The Residence Golf Hotel has 69 rooms, 34 "formula residence" and 35 "formula hotel". All the rooms are comfortable. The "formula residence" has one-bedroom flats, 30 square metres, and 2-bedroom flats, 40 square metres. All are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen including set of saucepans and electrical appliances. The "formula hotel" offers different kinds of rooms: double rooms, double rooms for single use, triple rooms, 4-bed rooms, smoking or non-smoking rooms and handicap rooms.

The Residence Golf Hotel is situated on top of the commercial centre Coop that has more than 20 stores and a supermarket inside. We offer a 24-hour restaurant and bar-lounge service. The Residence Golf Hotel has a 600 square metre congress centre inside the building. Shuttle bus to city centre of Milan on request.

Food & Beverages

Enjoy the different menus of the Residence Golf Hotel's restaurant, open from 19:30 to 22:30. Bar-lounge service is active 24-hour. You can have a rich continental breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00. Breakfast room service is included in room price

The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the underground station or the Tram station.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person.  American breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 5.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
