Address Marktstraat 5 7631 BX Ootmarsum		Travel information By car: - Take the A1 motorway for Oldenzaal and take the Ootmarsum exit. - On entering Ootmarsum from the west (N349), follow signs for Denekamp. - Continue through the roundabout and after 200 meters you will find the hotel on the right. You can also take the train to Almelo, and from there the bus to Ootmarsum.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged EUR 15.00 per stay for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 21.25 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
