The 3 family suites on the first floor come with a special room for children. These suites are ideal for families with 3 or 4 children or groups of 4 to 6 people. The tastefully decorated, cosy guest rooms are equipped with modern facilities.

In the mornings you can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast buffet with traditional products from our very own farm, such as cheese, yoghurt, butter and fresh eggs. Different kinds of fruit juice, cornflakes and stone baked bread baked are also available.

Payment Information: As the hotel does not accept credit cards, we cannot charge deposits to any credit card. The deposit of 50% can however be transferred to our bank account. Please note that reservation cannot be guaranteed until after this deposit is made. Please contact the hotel directly for more information after booking.

Area information Because of the ideal situation, it is possible to experience a lot of nice activities in Oostende and the surrounding. You will enjoy the centre of Oostende and Middelkerke (4km). We have our own parking; of course you can leave your car here and use the public transport. You can find the bus and tram at 500 and 800 meters from the hotel. Of course you will visit the curiosities from Oostende in the summer and winter. It is it worth to visit the Domein Raversijde (1 km.), the Mercator, Amandine, the Japanese Garden, citadel Napoleon…or just walk round in the centre and enjoy a cup of coffee at the Zeedijk. Do you prefer a relax day? That is possible at wellness centre Villa Aqua. Here you will relax in the sauna and take a face-feet or body massage. Travel information Please, inform the hotel about your time of arrival.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 7.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 14.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
